Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it arrived — unused or untried, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note: Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty products, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, discounted products and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item and, once your return is approved, purchase the new item as a separate order.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The item must remain unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
